Shipping policy

At DUZ DENIM, every order is packed within 24 hours of being placed. Please note that packing an order is not the same as dispatching it.

On weekdays, orders placed before 12 noon are packed for dispatch the same day. This cut-off is in place because we have a FedEx collection in the afternoon. After the FedEx collection, any eligible Royal Mail orders packed that day are then taken to the Royal Mail depot.

We also pack orders on weekends, but weekend orders are not dispatched until the next available courier drop. This means they will be sent either at the next FedEx collection on Monday, or when we are next available to take them to the Royal Mail depot.

How We Choose Your Courier

We ship orders using Royal Mail or FedEx.

The courier used for your order is chosen based on what gives the best shipping value for the overall order. This is usually based on the size, weight, and format of the full order, rather than the weight of a single product on its own.

In general:

  • FedEx is used for larger or heavier orders

  • Royal Mail is used for smaller or lighter orders

UK Shipping

FedEx UK Orders
UK orders sent with FedEx are delivered the next day after collection from us. These orders include a tracking number.

Royal Mail UK Orders
UK orders sent with Royal Mail are sent using Tracked 48. These are usually delivered within 48 hours of leaving the Royal Mail depot after we have dropped them off.

For Royal Mail orders, tracking is available, but it is not automatically sent through the website. We receive a paper copy of the tracking number, so if you would like it, you will need to request it from us.

International Shipping

FedEx International Orders
International orders sent with FedEx are usually delivered within 7 days of collection from us. These orders include a tracking number.

Royal Mail International Orders
Some international orders are sent with Royal Mail where this offers better value for the customer than FedEx. These orders are usually delivered within 7 days.

For Royal Mail international orders, tracking is available, but it is not automatically sent through the website. If you would like your tracking number, you will need to request it from us.

Tracking Information

  • FedEx orders include tracking details

  • Royal Mail orders also have tracking, but this is not automatically emailed or sent through the website

  • If your order has been sent with Royal Mail and you would like the tracking number, please contact us and we will provide it

If you have placed an order and have not received a FedEx dispatch notification or tracking number, it is safe to assume your order has been sent with Royal Mail.

If 7 days have passed and you have not received a FedEx tracking notification or your order has not been delivered by Royal Mail, please contact us at hello@duzdenim.com

We will then provide your Royal Mail tracking number or help you locate your order.

Delivery Times

All delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, peak periods, public holidays, customs processing, or events outside of our control.
