Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order, but if something is not right, you have 14 days from receiving your order to contact us at hello@duzdenim.com and request a return. Once your return has been approved, the item must be sent back to us within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with any existing tags still attached and, where possible, in its original packaging. You will also need your order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

When sending your item back, please include a written note inside the parcel with the following:

  • Your order number and or date of purchase

  • Whether you want an exchange for the same product, including the size needed

  • Whether you want an exchange for a different product, including the product name and size

  • Whether you want a refund

  • Whether you want a credit note for the item value excluding shipping

  • Your email address

  • Your phone number

This is especially important for any orders bought in store, where your contact details may not always be linked clearly to the purchase.

Return Shipping

Unless your item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and checked, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method for the value of the returned item, excluding original shipping costs unless required by law.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process the payment once the refund has been issued.

Credit Notes

If you choose a credit note instead of a refund, this will be issued for the order value excluding shipping and sent to the email address provided as a Shopify discount code.

Exchanges

If you want an exchange, make it clear in your note whether you want:

  • The same product in a different size

  • A different product, including the product name and size

Once your return has been received, we will review it and contact you using the details provided if anything needs confirming.

Damages and Issues

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong product, contact hello@duzdenim.com straight away so we can sort it properly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Any other non-returnable items clearly marked at the point of sale

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must still be returned in an appropriate condition, with proof of purchase.
